Outside Thermometer How Do I Diagnose The Outside Thermometer On My 1997 Toyota Avalon?

How do I diagnose the outside thermometer on my 1997 Toyota Avalon? - outside thermometer

Reading is slow to respond, it takes about 20 minutes. get an accurate reading, the sensor seems to be in good condition, there is a way to calibrate, or should I just replace the sensor. Distributors of toys like $ 70 for the sensor

You go to AutoZone to the part that I promise to be replaced. Even 20 minutes is really hot on this car, as the indicator is not on the thermostat will not start your car around 180 degrees.
