Which fuse do I need to use in my boat? - voltage regulator for boat

I realized my first boat this year I had a problem loading. After I models in the user manual that came with the boat, I realized it was a blown fuse.

After searching online I found a parts list, which said that the backup should be of 20 amp fuse. http://www.flickr.com/photos/ice_cream_m ... The fuse that was in the boat, a 20 amp fuse. I do not know if the original backup because I am the second owner.

My question is: Can I go with the 20 amp fuse or 25 fuse? If I go with the backup of 25 amps, that I can burn the voltage regulator?
